Employee Experience Specialist – EMEA

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support its fast‑growing EMEA operations. You will be the primary point of contact for employee queries, manage onboarding workflows, and ensure smooth cross‑border employment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions via the ticketing system, especially onboarding and HR support across EMEA.
• Escalate medium‑ and high‑complexity issues to internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for new hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with internal and external partners.
• Assist with mobility tasks such as relocations, document management, and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate records across platforms like Monday.com and Dropbox, and manage open tickets with timely responses.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, onboarding/offboarding, or global employment support.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple time zones.
• Ability to navigate cross‑border employment operations and coordinate with legal, payroll, and compliance teams.
