Employee Relations Leader

About the role

The Employee Relations Leader will oversee all aspects of employee and labor relations within a manufacturing environment in Morocco. This senior position ensures compliance with the Moroccan Labor Code, manages disciplinary processes, and fosters a stable and positive workplace climate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with employee representatives in line with legal requirements.
• Organize and lead social events and activities to strengthen employee engagement.
• Anticipate social risks, implement preventive measures, and monitor litigation risks.
• Ensure company compliance with the Moroccan Labor Code and internal regulations.
• Update and deploy disciplinary procedures, grievance handling processes, code of conduct, and internal regulations.
• Track key social and disciplinary indicators and propose mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee or labor relations in Morocco, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong mastery of the Moroccan Labor Code and disciplinary procedures.
• Proven experience handling sensitive disciplinary and social cases.
