Employee Relations Manager Multilingual Africa Cluster

About the role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead the Employee Relations agenda across the Multilingual Africa Cluster, covering Morocco, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Madagascar. The role acts as the subject‑matter expert on employee relations, labor compliance, investigations, grievances, ethics cases, litigation and social dialogue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Relations agenda across the cluster and ensure compliance with local labor legislation, company policies and Group standards.
• Provide expert guidance to HR and Operations on complex employee relations matters, identify risks and recommend preventive actions.
• Lead and coordinate complex investigations, manage EthicsPoint cases, oversee grievances and ensure timely, documented case closure.
• Guide disciplinary procedures, coordinate labor litigation with Legal and external counsel, and monitor ongoing disputes.
• Support relationships with employee representatives, labor authorities, coordinate elections and collective relations activities, and anticipate social risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Employment Law or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, Labor Relations or Employment Law.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation; experience with other African labor environments is a plus.
• Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances and labor disputes.
• Fluent in French and English; additional cluster languages are advantageous.
