Engineering Graduate Program – MEA Region

About the role

The MEA Engineering Graduate Program at Stellantis is an 18‑month development journey designed for final‑year engineering students. Participants rotate across key project functions, gaining hands‑on experience on real vehicle development projects while building a 360° view of automotive project management.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to quality performance and ensure project standards are met.
• Support cost management activities and help optimise project performance.
• Work with engineering teams to develop technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist project planning, monitor key milestones and help keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student seeking a final‑year internship (PFE).
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related field.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with diverse teams.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn about the automotive industry.
• Willing to take responsibility and contribute to real projects.
• Adaptable mindset, comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Available to work on‑site in Casablanca and collaborate in an international, multicultural setting.
