Engineering Supervisor – Application Tooling (Morocco)

About the role

TE Connectivity is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead its Application Tooling team in Morocco. You will act as the local site leader, bridging global engineering priorities with day‑to‑day execution while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for assigned engineers, handling coaching, performance input, morale, and daily concerns.
• Translate global functional priorities into clear local execution plans, ensuring technical direction and project assignments are understood.
• Track progress, identify risks, remove local barriers, and escalate capacity or trade‑off decisions as needed.
• Manage site processes such as attendance, onboarding, workspace readiness, holidays, and contractor integration.
• Coordinate with EHS, lab, and compliance teams to meet site and regulatory expectations.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for local issues and route them to the appropriate U.S. functional owners.
• Maintain strong alignment between local teams and global engineering leadership.

• Ability to build trust across local and global, matrixed teams.
• Comfort operating in a matrix environment where people leadership and functional direction must stay aligned.
