About the role

We are looking for experienced appointment‑setting agents to join our growing team in Marrakech. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings for the French market through outbound calls and teleprospection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects in France and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Build trust with prospects by delivering clear and persuasive messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company system.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in appointment setting, teleprospection, or call‑center environments, preferably targeting the French market.
• Fluent French with clear articulation and strong argumentation skills.
• Excellent listening abilities and a relational approach that fosters confidence.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for challenges.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of working autonomously.
