Expert suivi-évaluation et mesure de performance en communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑lead expert to support a new EU‑funded project that enhances the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement of communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for communication interventions.
• Collect, analyse and report on performance data to assess impact.
• Support results‑based management and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve communication strategies.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+4) in monitoring‑evaluation, statistics, data science, social sciences, development economics, communication or related field.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English is an asset.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in M&E, performance measurement, results‑based management, project/program evaluation or data analysis applied to communication or development. If the educational level is lower, a minimum of 10 years experience is required.
