About the role

We are looking for a skilled Modeliste Fast‑Fashion to join our team in Tangier. You will translate designers' sketches and technical specifications into precise patterns, supporting rapid product cycles for European fast‑fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine garment patterns using CAD tools (Gerber, Lectra, CLO 3D) and manual techniques.
• Develop prototypes, adjust fit, and prepare production‑ready patterns for fast‑fashion timelines.
• Collaborate daily with designers, technicians, and production teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Review samples, optimize patterns for efficient cutting, and maintain organized documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pattern maker or modeliste in fast‑fashion or ready‑to‑wear environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tangier and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra, or CLO 3D.
• Technical drawing ability for patterns, construction details, and fit adjustments.
• Knowledge of garment construction, grading, fabric behavior, and industrial sewing techniques.
