FF&E Procurement Manager

About the role

Utopia is seeking an FF&E Procurement Manager to work closely with interior designers and senior procurement leadership. The role focuses on managing budgets, sourcing, logistics and installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment and operating supplies for our ultra‑luxury hospitality properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FF&E and OS&E budgets, cost planning and payment forecasts.
• Lead tendering, market research and supplier selection for premium vendors.
• Negotiate, evaluate and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Oversee logistics, delivery, installation and hand‑over processes.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans tailored to Utopia Living operations.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities without compromising the premium guest experience.
• Mitigate procurement risks and ensure compliance with finance requirements.
• Stay informed on market trends, new technologies and innovative sourcing solutions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in luxury hospitality, architecture, design or related procurement functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a hands‑on approach to responsibility.
