Finance, Administration & HR Intern

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site internship in Casablanca supports Yassir’s Finance, Administration and Human Resources functions. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands‑on experience across three core business areas while contributing to daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Finance: process invoices, track expenses, perform basic reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Administration: manage documents, perform data entry, coordinate scheduling, and support office logistics and internal reporting.
• Human Resources: assist with recruitment coordination, prepare onboarding documentation, track attendance and update employee files and HR databases.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: prepare simple reports or presentations and help improve internal workflows.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, Management or a related field.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and ability to work on‑site while managing multiple tasks.
