Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function in Casablanca, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis that supports business decisions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial discipline and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance team, setting objectives, coaching members, and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Partner with the General Manager on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Own the monthly and annual financial closing and reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Jotun Group standards and local regulations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, governance procedures, and risk‑management frameworks.
• Oversee full tax and statutory compliance, ensuring timely submission of returns and filings.
• Manage credit and receivables to maintain healthy cash flow and mitigate credit risk.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in an international or industrial environment.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools.
