Financial Controller – Casablanca

About the role

The Financial Controller will support internal management decision‑making by delivering accurate business performance analysis and ensuring the financial health of our distribution operations in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular management reports on sales, marketing spend, profit and other activity plans, and generate issue‑specific reports as needed.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing, forecast and target planning, and provide profit variance analysis by division, product and country.
• Assist in establishing and managing the annual budget and investment plan, monitoring expenses and capital allocations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in English communication and report writing.
• Ability to support management decisions with accurate financial data and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP/accounting system).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, financial modeling).
• ERP systems and budgeting/reporting tools.
