Financial Controller – Controlling & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and provide high‑quality controlling and ad‑hoc analysis for business units and senior management. The role combines month‑end reporting, variance analysis and the development of financial models to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to ad‑hoc controlling requests from business units and senior management.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis and variance investigations, delivering clear explanations of performance.
• Build and maintain financial models and interactive dashboards.
• Support cost‑controlling activities and monitor budgets.
• Participate actively in the month‑end closing process and prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cost centres, KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and provide commentary on results versus budget/forecast.
• Coordinate with accounting and other finance stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with business‑intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
