Flight Operations Agent L2 (Casablanca)

About the role

As a Flight Operations Agent L2 at Nuitée, you will handle complex flight servicing cases that require deep operational judgment. You will work across global distribution systems (GDS) and airline platforms to decide the best resolution for each booking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated servicing requests from the L1 team.
• Execute manual booking modifications, including schedule changes, ticket reissues, name corrections and re‑accommodations.
• Work daily across GDS platforms and airline systems to resolve complex flight servicing cases.
• Review fare rules, booking history and airline policies to determine optimal solutions.
• Decide whether Nuitée should process a request internally or forward it to the airline.
• Balance customer outcomes with operational and commercial risk.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Operations to improve processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Help build playbooks, documentation and best practices as the Flight Operations team scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in flight operations, airline servicing, ticketing or post‑booking support.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major GDS (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus).
• Proven ability to handle complex servicing scenarios such as schedule changes, reissues, refunds and name corrections.
• Strong operational decision‑making and ability to work independently.
• Fluent communication in Arabic, French and English.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Willingness to rotate day, night and weekend shifts.
