Formateur(ice) – Management de Proximité & Conduite de Réunion

About the role

We are looking for an experienced trainer to design and deliver a two‑module on‑site training program for frontline managers of an international industrial client in Morocco. The program focuses on running productive meetings and strengthening proximity management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt two training modules – “Conducting a Productive Meeting” and “Proximity Management & Empowerment” – to the client’s industrial context.
• Create pedagogical materials, case studies, role‑plays and practical exercises drawn from real production environments.
• Facilitate face‑to‑face sessions for team leaders, supervisors and middle‑level managers, ensuring active participation and learning.
• Assess participants’ knowledge through hot‑evaluation tools and provide actionable feedback.
• Deliver a comprehensive training report summarising outcomes, recommendations and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer in management and soft‑skill development, preferably with a focus on proximity management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with industrial or production teams and understand workshop routines and flow constraints.
• Personal experience in managing teams is considered an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, communication and instructional design skills.
