Freelance Recruitment Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to conduct full‑cycle recruitment from first contact to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to job offer.
• Monitor automated hiring flows and intervene with a personalized approach when needed.
• Conduct interviews for standard hiring process roles.
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Act as an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote the company’s brand and values.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
• At least 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience.
• Good time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple open positions.
• Experience recruiting through various job websites.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Open, easy‑going personality.
