Full-Stack & AI Developer – Remote (100%)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Full‑Stack and AI developers to join our fully remote team. You will work on Hausverwalter AI, an AI‑first platform that helps property‑management companies streamline tenant communication through customizable AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web application using Next.js, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• Operate in an AI‑first development environment powered by Claude and Cursor.
• Manage version control and collaboration through GitHub.
• Ensure high code quality, comprehensive testing, and a clean, maintainable architecture.
• Create database functions, migrations and keep the database healthy.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems.
• Contribute to technical decisions, stack direction, and overall product vision.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business informatics or computer science, OR proven hands‑on programming experience, OR experience with automation.
• Strong English communication skills; German not required.
• Technical understanding, solid problem‑solving abilities, and comfort working under performance pressure.
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and processes.
