Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Engineer to join A2MAC1’s technology team in Casablanca. You will help build and evolve our automotive benchmarking platforms, working on both backend services and frontend interfaces in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications, including APIs and user‑facing features.
• Integrate new components into the existing engineering stack and ensure they meet performance, scalability and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend, Data and AI teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering production‑grade software.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required skills

• Python development (FastAPI, Django or equivalent).
• Frontend development with modern frameworks, preferably Angular.
• Database experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
• CI/CD, Docker and containerised deployment.
• Cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Redis, Celery, message queues, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
