Functional IT Analyst Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience as a Functional IT Analyst within VINCI Energies' Information Systems department. You will support the coordination between the central IT team, international satellite offices, and business units, helping to drive the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide methodological support to governance processes across VESI central, satellites, and management.
• Design, maintain and evolve KPI dashboards, reporting tools and performance indicators.
• Assist VESI’s international growth by delivering transversal missions with satellite and central teams.
• Help formalise training and onboarding processes for satellite staff.
• Offer methodological support for projects involving ERP (SAP), cybersecurity, Business Intelligence and data integration tools.
• Draft documentation and process guides related to satellite network evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+3 (Bachelor’s) in business, engineering or a related field with a focus on IT, project management or change management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SAP or other information systems is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, service‑minded, analytical, organized and results‑driven.
