About the role

St. Regis is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the La Bahia Blanca Resort in Tamuda Bay, Morocco. This iconic luxury property blends Andalusian heritage with Moroccan craftsmanship, offering 100 rooms, distinctive dining, spa, and direct beach access.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market positioning with a strong commercial mindset.
• Elevate the guest experience by consistently delivering the signature St. Regis rituals and service culture.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, fostering accountability, engagement and development.
• Strengthen the resort’s luxury market position through relationships with guests, partners and the local community.
• Partner with ownership and Marriott International, balancing brand, owner and business priorities while maintaining strategic vision.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as General Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional financial and commercial results in complex hotel or resort environments.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams and building trusted relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of luxury positioning, reputation management and guest engagement.
• International outlook and cultural agility to succeed in Morocco.
