General Services Manager

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a General Services Manager to lead all general services functions at its Bouskoura site. The role combines administration, facilities oversight, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all general services activities, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, HSE and other internal departments to meet service requirements.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
• Oversee building maintenance, preventive upkeep of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor civil works.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and supervise repairs and renovations.
• Direct cleaning, housekeeping, pest control and disinfection programs, ensuring high hygiene standards.
• Supervise landscaping, gardening and grounds upkeep, including watering, fertilising and pest control.
• Monitor water supply, utilities and ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, organize and supervise multi‑disciplinary service teams.
• Experience managing contracts and external service providers.
• Strong coordination skills with internal functions such as HR, Finance and Production.
