About the role

Join goFLUENT as a German Conversation Class Trainer and deliver engaging, live online lessons to business professionals worldwide. You will work remotely, helping executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists and other experts improve their German‑English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online German‑English group lessons to business professionals.
• Facilitate engaging sessions using goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology.
• Create an interactive virtual classroom that encourages learner participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in language teaching or corporate training (preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• Comfortable teaching via video‑conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional, learner‑focused attitude.
• Quiet workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Ability to use Windows 10 or macOS (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma) on a PC or Mac.
• Basic technical setup: Intel i5/i7 or Apple M1 processor, 8 GB RAM, 20 GB free disk space, 10 Mbps download/upload.
