German-Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join goFLUENT’s Learning Consultant team. You will be the primary point of contact for learners, helping them navigate our language training platform and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide timely solutions to learner concerns and guide them to make the most of available resources.
• Communicate efficiently with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Proactively suggest improvements to internal procedures and response quality.
• Call learners to encourage full utilization of training materials.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (spoken and written) and advanced English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
• Strong empathy, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to handle complex conversations.
• Organised, adaptable, autonomous and responsive.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Familiarity with OpenOffice.
