About the role

PwC is seeking a Junior Sales Administrative Manager to join its Casablanca office. The role supports the sales and logistics processes by handling order entry, documentation, and financial follow‑up within a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and track sales orders in SAP.
  • Prepare and dispatch transport documents.
  • Monitor pre‑payments, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date customer data and generate order timelines.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate or candidate with less than one year of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is desirable.
