About the role
CPA Maroc is seeking a Health Insurance Manager to join its Rabat office on a permanent (CDI) basis. The role involves managing health insurance dossiers, ensuring compliance, and supporting insured members with their requests.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, control, and monitor health insurance claims and requests.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files.
- Ensure timely processing of insured members' inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards.
Required profile
- Training or professional experience in health insurance.
- Strong command of French, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
