Global Go-To-Market Program Manager

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Global Go‑To‑Market Program Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. This position sits at the intersection of global strategy, regional sales execution, and operational excellence, ensuring that partner programs and solution plays are effectively delivered and scaled.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EMEA execution of global GTM and partner programs, aligning with Arrow ECS’s worldwide strategy.
• Collaborate with the Global Director of GTM to design and roll out solution‑specific sales plays across EMEA.
• Represent EMEA market insights in global planning to shape future programs.
• Drive rollout and execution of global sales plays, working closely with regional sales, marketing, and partner teams.
• Ensure programs are localized for regional markets while maintaining consistency, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with operations, Cloud, and systems teams to integrate, scale, and ready programs for launch.
• Act as a connector between global strategy and regional execution, influencing outcomes across a matrixed organization.
• Track program performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs with a focus on sales enablement or partner enablement.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and regional feedback into program improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global and regional teams.
