Ground Operations Manager – Marrakech

About the role

easyJet is seeking a Ground Operations Manager for its Marrakech base. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, on‑time airport operations across Morocco, working closely with internal teams, third‑party suppliers and airport authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage safety performance and risk for all airport suppliers.
• Investigate safety events and lead preventative action plans.
• Own ground handling contracts, control budgets and maintain supplier relationships.
• Deliver on‑time performance against set targets and oversee revenue activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for easyJet ground operations at designated airports.
• Monitor KPIs, drive improvement projects and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead cost‑saving initiatives and support terminal/airport projects.
• Represent easyJet at meetings with airports, regulators and industry forums.
• Provide strategic input to the five‑year ground operations plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ground operations management, preferably within an airline, passenger transport or logistics environment.
• Fluent French (communication with airports and authorities is primarily in French and Arabic).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Passion for operational excellence, safety and delivering a superior customer experience.
