GTM Program Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

The client is seeking a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to design and launch a comprehensive project‑management system in Jira. You will create the architecture, reporting dashboards, and operating procedures that give full visibility and accountability for product go‑to‑market plans.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build the Jira project environment for GTM and product launch work, including issue types, workflows, automation and cross‑project dependencies.
• Define naming conventions, hierarchy and standards to keep the system scalable.
• Design and implement executive‑level and team‑level Atlassian dashboards using Jira gadgets, JQL filters and Atlassian Analytics.
• Write a detailed project‑management guide and SOPs covering intake, planning, status updates and reporting cadence.
• Deliver live training sessions and supporting materials to enable the GTM team to adopt the new system.
• Drive adoption and provide reference materials for ongoing onboarding.
• Populate or migrate existing launch projects into the new Jira environment, ensuring accurate capture of plans, milestones, owners and status.
• Provide ad‑hoc day‑to‑day project management support for selected initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing GTM or product‑launch programs.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into Jira configurations and automated workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to train and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering clear documentation and SOPs.
