Heavy Machinery Service Technician – Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for a Heavy Machinery Service Technician to join our team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for ensuring that a wide range of construction and industrial equipment operates safely and efficiently for our customers across the Maghreb region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair, installation, commissioning and start‑up of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and execute timely, efficient repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, testing and performance evaluations.
• Provide on‑site technical support and basic operator guidance to customers.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation accurately.
• Support emergency breakdown interventions to minimise operational downtime.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (Bac+2/+3) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Proven experience servicing heavy machinery, construction equipment or industrial machines.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and diagrams.
• Autonomous, hands‑on work style, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
• Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driving licence.
