Key responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team, lead by example, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
• Act as the right‑hand to the Housekeeping Manager, proactively ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth department operations.

• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Ability to work collaboratively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial.
