About the role
The HR Coordinator will support the Lear plant in Meknes, driving day‑to‑day HR operations and partnering with the Operations team to ensure the right workforce is in place. This role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, and HR performance metrics within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor weekly plant headcount and coordinate variations with Operations teams.
- Conduct and maintain HR shop‑floor walks, implementing quick‑win and medium‑term solutions.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse HR KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover, and develop action plans.
- Manage the full hiring process for hourly employees and propose process improvements.
- Participate in SIOP meetings and align hourly hiring plans with production needs.
- Liaise with payroll, benefits, and other support functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on overall HR activity.
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects, including employee feedback collection.
- Address employee complaints and requests, providing timely feedback.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to supervisors and employees on HR policies and best practices.
Required profile
- Experience in operational HR within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and drive improvement actions.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with operations, payroll, and employee groups.
- Proven capability to handle employee relations cases and conduct investigations.
- Ability to mentor and coach supervisors on HR policies and procedures.
- Commitment to promoting wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
