HR Development Coordinator

About the role

The HR Development Coordinator will design and deliver learning initiatives that support both business objectives and employee growth. This role partners closely with talent managers and business leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline and effective onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly training programs aligned with business needs and employee development requirements.
• Execute training plans to achieve organizational and individual development goals.
• Assist the talent manager in delivering talent development programs to strengthen the company’s talent pool.
• Lead new‑employee orientation for salaried and hourly staff to accelerate integration.
• Organise and facilitate additional people‑development programs as business demands arise.
• Support leaders with development activities, career planning, and continuous talent monitoring.
• Contribute to the performance‑management process within the defined scope.
• Assist with employee‑engagement surveys, including system usage, participation, action‑plan development, and communication.
• Provide guidance on using Workday, Aptiv Academy, Peakon, and other HR tools.
• Administer learning platforms and learning‑management systems.
• Coordinate graduate and internship programmes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and execute training plans that meet organizational development goals.
• Experience supporting talent managers in talent‑development initiatives.
• Strong onboarding skills for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Capability to assist leaders with career planning and monitor talent progress.
• Familiarity with performance‑management processes and employee‑engagement surveys.
