HR Development Responsible

About the role

The HR Development Responsible will support Lear's Kenitra plant by ensuring the right talent and attitudes are in place to meet business objectives. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role focuses on identifying training needs, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs in line with company policy.
• Organise and support training activities, preparing necessary documentation.
• Update training modules in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Track training KPIs and manage training budgets.
• Define recruitment needs and oversee the full recruitment cycle (internal and external).
• Ensure smooth onboarding and monitor trial periods and contract endings.
• Monitor recruitment and promotion KPIs.
• Participate in internal and external communication creation.
• Organise social and cultural events (e.g., Women’s Day, Ramadan).
• Update training and recruitment procedures and contribute to digitalisation projects.
• Promote compliance with safety, health, and environmental programs.

Required profile

• Experience in HR development, training coordination, and recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and recruitment requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and track key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
