HR Operation Manager (English & French)

About the role

The HR Operation Manager will lead all human‑resources functions for a dynamic garment manufacturing operation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires fluency in both English and French and a strong background in HR within the textile sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations and keep employee records up to date.
• Administer payroll processing, attendance management, and employee benefits.
• Organize and support employee training and development programs.
• Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with policy and labor law.
• Promote workplace safety, health, and compliance with legal and buyer requirements.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Foster positive employee relations and drive welfare initiatives.
• Liaise with government, buyers, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide management with HR data, analysis, and workforce reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the garment or textile sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
