HR Partner – Global Recruitment Center (Morocco)

About the role

The HR Partner provides operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle for the Morocco Global Recruitment Center. Acting as the primary local HR contact, the role ensures smooth delivery of HR processes, compliance with local labor regulations, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR matters, including policies, benefits, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and orientation activities for new hires and manage documentation throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Maintain employee files and HR records in line with company requirements and local legislation.
• Update payroll inputs, validate employee data, and support payroll‑related inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations, handling routine issues, and escalating high‑risk cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems, generate regular reports, and monitor key HR metrics.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a hands‑on, operational mindset.
• Excellent employee service orientation and the ability to manage a wide variety of HR matters in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
