IT Recruiter – Cybersecurity (English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in English to join our team and support cybersecurity projects for top international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end IT talent acquisition services to customers under tight deadlines and service level targets.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, media tools and recruitment tactics.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Advise candidates on career progression, legal and financial matters.
• Support sales teams with market analysis on talent trends, capacity and availability.
• Analyze and report individual metrics and pipeline data against expected results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the IT industry.
• Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with a range of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adapt recruitment tactics.
• Excellent communication skills.
