About the role
We are seeking an HR Specialist focused on Compensation & Benefits to support our growing manufacturing operations in Nador, Morocco. The role will be part of the HR Department and will ensure accurate payroll, attendance and benefits administration in an industrial environment. The specialist will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that compensation structures align with business objectives and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for all employees.
- Oversee attendance tracking and related reporting.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support general HR administration tasks.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Required skills
- Payroll processing.
- Attendance management.
- HR administration.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Advanced English language level.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (a plus).
