HR Support IV

About the role

TE is looking for an HR Support IV professional to join its HR Solutions Partners team. In this role you will work with diverse colleagues across the organization to help create a safer, more sustainable and connected workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employment processes, employee relations and recruitment activities.
• Handle employee terminations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform data analysis and metrics reporting to support HR decision‑making.
• Implement HR policies at country, regional or global levels.
• Partner with management to drive company‑wide HR programs and initiatives.
