HSE Systems Coordinator Intern

About the role

Roche is seeking a motivated intern to support the coordination and supervision of its Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Integrated Management System across multiple sites. The role will focus on administering the Enablon software suite to improve reporting, compliance and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the rollout of the HSE management system across all operational sites.
• Act as the primary Enablon user, handling data entry, dashboard creation and ensuring accurate site‑level reporting.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards as well as local regulations.
• Monitor and analyse QHSE key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Organise internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
• Harmonise QHSE procedures and best practices throughout the organisation.
• Supervise risk, incident and non‑conformity management, ensuring root‑cause analysis is performed.
• Support QHSE teams and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HSE Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in French and intermediate English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Enablon or similar EHS software.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
