Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead and standardize HR and talent management practices across multiple African operations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role partners with operations, talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, HRIS, compliance and business leaders to drive organizational capability and high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and standardize HR programs, policies and governance across Africa to ensure consistency, scalability and compliance.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to align people strategies with client delivery and growth objectives.
• Design and implement talent lifecycle strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development and career architecture.
• Oversee HR operations, policy communication, employee‑relations investigations and compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead employee‑engagement initiatives, culture‑building programs and diversity & inclusion actions.
• Drive change‑management efforts for organizational transformation, restructuring and leadership transitions.
• Monitor HR metrics, talent KPIs and workforce analytics to support strategic decisions and budget management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Extensive experience in HR business partnership, talent management or organizational development within large, multi‑site organisations.
• Proven ability to lead HR transformation and standardisation across multiple geographies.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional global teams, preferably in BPO, telecommunications, technology or customer‑operations environments.
