Hybrid Data Scientist, Engineer & Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hybrid Data Scientist, Data Engineer and Business Analyst to lead AI initiatives and support end‑to‑end data projects. The successful candidate will work across the full data lifecycle, from identifying use cases to delivering operational models, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, define and prioritize AI and analytics use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop and deploy machine‑learning models using Python and cloud platforms.
• Monitor model performance, track key performance indicators and trigger model retraining when needed.
• Produce and maintain stakeholder reports, ensuring governance and data quality standards.
• Support project delivery teams, contributing to operational excellence and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and offshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
