Hygiene Supervisor – Hotel Safety & Compliance

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Hygiene Supervisor you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel safety compliance by overseeing health, food, fire, and security protocols across designated hotels.
• Implement risk‑management practices, enforce company health and safety policies and help reduce guest complaints and civil claims.
• Conduct regular audits, accident investigations and food‑safety checks, document findings and ensure corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training on food hygiene, fire safety and other compliance topics, maintaining accurate training records.
• Monitor fire‑safety systems in collaboration with Facilities, test detection and sprinkler systems, conduct weekly fire tours and report deficiencies.
• Support contractor compliance by assisting Facilities in monitoring contractor activities against health and safety standards.
