Implementation Coordinator – Telecom Projects

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a dynamic Implementation Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end implementation services for customers in the Meknes and Agadir regions. You will own project scope definition, customer interaction, resource planning and performance reporting while ensuring compliance with legal, financial and EHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with customers for all operational activities in the assigned regions.
• Define project scope and manage workforce to achieve first‑time‑right performance.
• Monitor financial performance during rollout phases and ensure alignment with budget.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Enforce adherence to processes, regulations and approved tools; take corrective actions when needed.
• Establish and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee invoicing lifecycle to secure strong financial outcomes.
• Report progress, risks and deviations, supporting workforce and cost management.
• Ensure implementation quality meets Ericsson and customer standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, telecom operations or project management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Financial acumen and data‑driven decision making.
