Indirect Purchasing Buyer

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Buyer to source, negotiate and purchase indirect services and goods that support the company’s operational needs. The role focuses on achieving the best price, quality and delivery while ensuring continuity of supply across a global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and drive the sourcing process in line with Stellantis IMP standards.
• Coordinate tender strategies and planning.
• Manage strategic sourcing, develop scenarios and negotiation strategies, and present recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments for new contracts and renewals.
• Lead negotiations to secure optimal performance levels.
• Draft contracts in French or English and negotiate with suppliers alongside legal and stakeholder teams.
• Communicate contract details to relevant departments.
• Oversee contract execution to maintain productivity and quality.
• Generate purchase orders and manage order schedules.
• Build and track a savings portfolio, driving actions to achieve cost reductions.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in French or English for contract drafting and negotiations.
