Industrialization Leader – Embedded Electronics

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for an Industrialization Leader to drive the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic components. You will act as the bridge between validation requirements and production constraints, ensuring vehicle operability after updates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure project inputs, diagnostic data, and technical information.
• Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates through SPARTE.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and validation means.
• Reproduce, analyse, and document technical issues and defects.
• Support issue‑resolution activities in coordination with engineering teams.
• Identify electrical non‑conformities and ensure vehicle operability after updates.
• Report activity status and maintain project traceability.
• Participate in project meetings, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in automotive validation, embedded systems, software integration or vehicle modernization.
• Knowledge of power‑train systems (combustion, hybrid, electric) and ADAS architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Rigorous, creative, curious and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Diagnostic tools: Diagalyser, IDVH, DOTI.
• Calibration and validation tools: INCA, CANalyzer.
• Software configuration tool: SPARTE.
• EE isolation testing and vehicle validation processes.
• Understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic architectures.
