Industry 4.0 Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our R&D Center in Rabat Technopolis. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that enable reliable, secure, and efficient data for business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and ingestion processes from multiple enterprise systems.
• Ensure reliability, performance and security of data platform components.
• Develop well‑structured datasets, manage metadata and semantic models.
• Maintain data quality, lineage and observability.
• Handle schema evolution, refactoring and deprecation of data structures.
• Apply data security, access control and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, analysts and business users to capture requirements and support data governance.
• Document data products and provide day‑to‑day support.
• Contribute to broader data initiatives beyond core engineering tasks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in data engineering, data platform development or ETL pipeline creation.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
