Ingénieur Data Senior

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing Data team in Rabat. You will play a key role in designing, industrialising and optimising high‑performance data platforms that empower business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Develop, optimise and maintain high‑throughput data pipelines on Google BigQuery.
• Implement data transformations using Dataform.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and availability.
• Prepare and structure data for Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Participate in workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice data standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data, Statistics or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, rigorous and a team player.
