Inside Sales Associate (English Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an English‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to join its Casablanca team. The role focuses on supporting customers by presenting the company’s IT solutions and driving sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sales records, update CRM data and generate sales reports.
• Become familiar with Arrow’s product and service portfolio.
• Provide customers with information on products and services.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct Microsoft Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate offerings, answer questions and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Recent graduate or entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with any CRM system).
• Microsoft Teams.
