About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a German‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to join its Casablanca team. In this role you will support the sales organisation by keeping customer and sales data accurate and handling vendor‑related order issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain customer, lead and sales activity data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and follow‑up tasks.
  • Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.

Required profile

  • Fluent German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and within a team.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM data entry and management.
