Inside Sales Representative (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Italian to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, presenting Arrow’s portfolio of IT solutions and helping them find the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM data, and generate regular sales reports.
• Provide customers with detailed information on Arrow’s products and services.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone calls to demonstrate offerings and address objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work with cross‑functional departments.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional accepted.

Required skills

• CRM usage for data entry and reporting.
• Microsoft Teams for virtual presentations and meetings.
